The National Sauce Culture Museum of China The National Sauce Culture Museum of China is a cultural museum of nationality significance established by Shaoxing Zhiwei Food Co.,LTD. ,which located in the riverside of Ruoye Brook in historic Shaoxing County in Zhejiang province of China. The area of construction is more than 3000 square meters. The National Sauce Culture Museum of China is an important component part of the blueprint of Shaoxing Ziwei Food Co.,LTD.. The scientificalness and feasibility of the project are studied and discussed again and again among many experts from different academic institutions, such as Research Institute of Chinese Dietary Culture, Zhejiang University, Nankai University, Huazhong Agricultural University, Huazhong Normal University and Zhejiang Gongshang University.
