| With the official approval
of national departments concerned, the National Sauce
Culture Museum of China has started building near the
ancient Ruoye Brook in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province of
China, a historic city, and will open formally in the
latter half of 2006.
The establishment of the National Sauce Culture Museum
of China will promote the development of the condiment
and food industry, expand the Chinese food culture, and
also push the healthy life of citizen. What¡¯s more, it
will promote the interaction of Chinese and Foreign food
culture; also benefit all the local fermentation food
enterprises, commodity circulation industry and people
of the country. It is the establishment of the National
Sauce Culture Museum of China that must be of benefit
to us as an important event now and after a thousand years.
In order to accomplish it well, our museum will collect
the exhibits from all over the globe continuously, we
sincerely hope that all business enterprises and the whole
social can give your enthusiasm, support and help.
The exhibition article (or providing the information
of exhibits) for collection about sauce and sauce culture
is as follows:
A, the vessels of condiment, such as box, bottle, jar
, urn...etc, of all ages ,containing various sauce, soy
sauce, vinegar, pickles, preserved beancurd etc. , and
the related production and life tools and implements;
B, the signboard of the old workshop, the name tablet
of shop, the placard of the store, and the other related
mementos and relics (everything cherished for its age
or historic interest);
C, the trademark of the business enterprise, advertisement,
the writing elucidation, the picture file of condiment
of all ages, about various sauce, soy sauce, vinegar,
pickles, preserved beancurd etc..;
D, the representative or the memorial data of the influential
person (picture, portrait, photograph, writing data, tools
and implements, personal collections, etc..) ;
Above each kind of artifacts, data collected will be
appraised. And our museum will pay for it, distribute
the certificate and mark data of providing enterprise
or person.
At the same time, we hope to make contact with related
museums, manufacture enterprises of fermentable foodstuff
and cultural organizations and establish a last-long relationship
to carry on extensive cultural interaction! Welcome to
come to our museum for visiting, exhibition fair and other
related culture activities, we will provide aggressive
help and convenience for you with our sincerity.
