Shaoxing Zhiwei Food Co., LTD. is a fermentation and manufacture company of modern food that is being constructed. Its precursor is the old grand "Songsheng Jiangyuan" established in 1928 that was a shop making and selling sauce, pickles, etc..
The company mainly produces medium and upscale soy sauce, rice vinegar, the processed fruit and vegetables product. The year produce ability can be amount to more than 20,000 tons as antecedent in the industry in Zhejiang province.
Among them, "Zhiwei"（means best flavor）Muzi soy sauce and Rose Rice Vinegar will create the local famous brand.
The new workshop (including the National Sauce Culture Museum of China) is located in Pingshui town in Shaoxing County, covering more than 120 acres, and planned to accomplish in the first half of 2005.
Currently, our company are making experiments and developing new products in the old workshop "Songsheng Jiangyuan". An authentic upscale Muzi soy sauce and Rose Rice Vinegar are on the market continuously.
